This week I had the pleasure of meeting England captain Graeme Swann (@Swannyg66) at a sporting dinner run by my friend Brian Hall (@Brian2678) of Tight5 Events.
Swanny was hilarious and the evening was a great success with a decent amount of money made for two very worthy charities.
What I want to discuss though is how much smaller the world is because of twitter. Celebrities, politicians, sportsmen & women & CEOs of blue chip companies are more accessible through twitter than any other social media channel and they do respond!
Twitter is helping to cut out the middle man
Previously people who controlled the access to prized contacts, commercialised their relationships (Think agencies). Is this all changing?
